✦ I have the right to refuse commissions I feel uncomfortable doing or feel I cannot do justice.
✦ All prices are in USD and payments via PayPal only. Payment upfront and I will be sending PayPal invoices.
✦ For commissions $100+ the client may pay half upfront and the other half must be paid before the commission is added to the queue. Full payment is required within two weeks otherwise the commission is cancelled and the paid amount will not be refunded. Under exceptional circumstances, please contact me at pepevtuber@gmail.com to discuss.
✦ All prices listed under commissions are estimates. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
✦ Delivery time: 1 week to 2 months from taking your commission. In the event that something comes up and I am unable to deliver within the deadline I will contact you to discuss refunding and extensions. You can check your position on the waitlist at trello/comm-list.
✦ Please be careful as I do not accept refunds. Once the PayPal invoice has been sent and paid for, I will begin the work.
✦ Delivery through email is preferred.
✦ For Illustration commissions, a transparent PNG can be given on request, however the client will not be able to monetize the artwork if a commercial price has not been discussed.
✓ You are allowed to repost the commission.
✓ You are allowed to use the art for your own personal use.
✓ I have the right to display the work as a sample in my portfolio.

☓ I will not draw mechs, gore, explicit nsfw and anthros.
☓ You are not allowed to edit the commission (redrawing etc), claim it as your own.
☓ Please come with a prepared visual reference, unless you are comissioning a design with me.
☓ You are not allowed to use the commission for commercial purposes (making merchandise, streaming etc). Please contact me to discuss commercial prices. (Exceptions: Vtubers and logos which are able to be used for streaming and promotion but NOT merchandise.)
TIMELINE: Contact client → send invoice → payment received → sketch revisions → final revisions → deliver to client
